Not Receiving Tickets
Many buyers have publicly complained about StubHub in situations where tickets never arrived or were not delivered in time for the event, despite payment being processed. Consumers also raise concerns about what they describe as speculative ticket selling, where they allege that certain sellers list tickets they do not yet possess, leading to last‑minute cancellations or substitutions. StubHub freely allows sales without validation that the seller has the tickets.
Fee transparency and pricing practices:
