In the late 1990s, when the world wide web was in its infancy, I was looking to buy a car. I searched CarMax and the first page that came up was created by a disgruntled consumer who had been sold a lemon by CarMax. He stated that he tried for months unsuccessfully to get his money back. It wasn't until his website became #1 in search results that they reached out and offered to refund his money in exchange for taking down the webpage. I have listed many resources that will help raise awareness about StubHub's shady business practices, especially concerning seller complaints and buyer complaints. Many account fraud victims have also shared their experiences. I encourage you to utilize these resources fully. Ultimately, CUTTING INTO THIS COMPANY'S BOTTOM LINE IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL CREATE CHANGE!!!
